Service Description
New to Riverbend? Let's start here. Whether you're curious about starting your dreadlock journey or seeking expert maintenance for your established locs, finding the right artist is the first step towards your hair goals. This 30-minute virtual consultation via Zoom is required for all new clients. During our meeting, you'll have the opportunity to share your hair aspirations and receive answers to all your hair-related questions. I'll also provide detailed information about the Seienstyle methods I use for creating and maintaining healthy, beautiful dreadlocks. We can discuss potential timelines for your future appointment(s) and ensure we're a good fit to work together. Your Zoom meeting details will be included in your appointment confirmation email. Please note: Do not book any service appointments until after your consultation has been completed and we have mutually agreed to move forward. Consultations are currently offered on Sundays. The $30 consultation fee will be applied as a credit towards your first full service. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I value your business and strive to accommodate your needs while also respecting my time and commitment. Please review my cancellation and rescheduling policy below: Consultation Appointments: * The $30 consultation fee is non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your consultation with at least 24 hours' notice, I will gladly transfer your fee to the rescheduled appointment. * Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows for your consultation will result in the forfeiture of the $30 fee. A new consultation fee will be required to book a future appointment. * Late Arrivals (Virtual Consultations): I will wait in the virtual meeting room for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled consultation start time. If you have not joined the meeting within this 10-minute window, the meeting will be ended, and your consultation fee will be forfeited as a no-show. To proceed with a consultation, a new booking and fee will be required.
